Applicant Management & Employment Service

PESO/HRMO recruitment engine — one complete biodata profile per applicant, a searchable master list, a two-pass filter (hard knockouts then weighted scoring), a ranked qualified shortlist, and interview/appointment scheduling. Equity flags (RA 11261/7277) assist priority jobseekers and never cause rejection; every screening decision is logged with its rule (RA 8759, CSC merit & fitness, RA 10173).

📋 How to screen & approve applicants for interview

  1. Pick the vacancy you are hiring for in the dropdown above.
  2. (Optional) Set the rules — open Criteria & Rubric and set the minimum education, experience, eligibility, then the scoring weights. Hard filters automatically knock out anyone who misses a requirement; weights rank the rest from 0–100.
  3. Click ▶ Run Filter. Every applicant is screened — Qualified passed all hard rules, Knocked out failed one.
  4. Tick who you want to interview in the Pick column. Only Qualified applicants can be ticked, and the top 5 are pre-ticked for you. Turn on Show qualified only to hide the knocked-out ones while you choose.
  5. Click ★ Approve for Interview. Your ticked applicants drop into the Qualified Shortlist below.
  6. In the Qualified Shortlist, click Schedule to set each interview’s date, mode and panel — then track results in the Interviews tab.
⚖️ Equity flags (first-time jobseeker, PWD, solo parent, 4Ps…) only grant priority assistance — they never cause rejection (RA 11261/7277).   🔒 An applicant must have RA 10173 data-privacy consent on file before they can be shortlisted.
