Local Budget Preparation Forms and System Flow

This center ties the official LBP and PPMP source files to the current BATIS budget, accounting, treasury, and procurement workflow. Forms 1 to 7 use DBM LBM No. 92 dated June 9, 2025. Forms 8 to 9 use the Budget Operations Manual for LGUs, 2023 Edition. Procurement planning now includes both the PPMP workbook and the deployed APP-CSE 2026 file. The workbench now includes signatories, supporting-document guidance, compliance rules, and BATIS handoff targets per form.
